Mitchell Cox joins Barclays Wealth as head of global investments

Mitchell Cox has joined the Barclays Wealth unit of Barclays Capital Inc. in New York as managing director and head of the global investment and product office.
He will report to Thomas Kalaris, the chief executive of Barclays Wealth, and be responsible for helping the firm expand its wealth management services in the Americas, the firm said in a statement.
Prior to joining Barclays, Mr. Cox was ran the global investment solutions group at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. in New York.
